Beet hummus is equally pretty and delicious. I mean, look at this beauty. The natural blush color makes for a beautiful appetizer or sandwich spread. I paired sweet beets with savory garlic and topped the beet hummus with honey roasted pistachios. Such a wonderful flavor combination!
This sweet and savory beet hummus is made from simple ingredients and easy to make. You simply add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender!

- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Lemon juice

I made this for Valentine’s Day, so to make it extra special I served it with purple carrots, purple cauliflower, beet chips and heart lavash bread. Purple carrots and cauliflower are stunning veggies to add to any charcuterie board. I buy beet chips from my local grocery store. They are available at most grocers. To make the festive bread I shaped it with a heart cookie cutter. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do!
