Ingredients

15 oz can
cooked chickpeas
unsalted preferred
1/2
15 oz can
cooked beets
I use canned organic sliced beets
1/4 cup
tahini
1
large garlic clove
1/2
tsp
cumin
1/2
juice of lemon
1 tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1/8
tsp
sea salt
1
tbsp
cold water
crushed honey roasted pistachios
optional
Instructions
To a food processor add chickpeas, beets, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon, cumin, and salt.
Mix until well combined then add cold water and blend until smooth
Top with more olive oil and pistachios
Serve with veggies and bread. Enjoy!
