Ingredients

With just three ingredients and a few simple steps, these peach ring gummies are perfect for an after-school snack, lunchbox treat, party favor, or whenever a homemade sweet treat is calling your name. Make a batch ahead of time and keep them on hand for an easy fruity snack! They have that sweet-and-tangy peach ring flavor you love, but in a homemade gummy that’s easy to make and perfect for a fun snack, lunchbox treat, or DIY candy project.

  • peach juice – I used Trader Joe’s “Country Peach Juice” but any peach juice works!
  • gelatin or agar agar – I use beef gelatin
  • sweetener – honey, maple syrup or sweeter of choice (I didn’t need to use any sweetener with this juice!)
  • naturally colored red food dye – for the two tone gummies I use 1-2 drops to make the redish peachy color!

Ring-Shaped Silicone Mold

I couldn’t find large ring-shaped molds so I bought these mini ring molds and they work great! They come with these nice droppers, too!

3-Ingredient Peach Ring Gummies

These homemade 3-ingredient peach ring gummies are an easy and fun fruity treat made with just a few simple ingredients! They have that sweet-and-tangy peach ring flavor you love, perfect for a snack, lunchbox treat, healthy dessert or DIY candy project.

Total Time 20 minutes
Course: Candy, Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peach juice
  • 3 tbsp gelatin or 1 1/2 tsp agar agar
  • 2 tbsp honey, maple syrup or sweetener of choice optional
  • 1-3 drops natural red food coloring optional

Equipment

  • Droppers
  • ring-shaped silicone molds

Method

  1. Add the fruit juice to a small saucepan. Heat over low heat until warm, about 2 minutes.
  2. If using sweetener, stir in the honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice. Slowly stir in the gelatin over low heat, mixing quickly until fully dissolved, about 3 minutes. If using agar agar, whisk and bring mixture to a simmer over low-medium heat until combined well, for about 5 minutes.
  3. Allow mixture to cool 5 minutes. To make a single-color gummy, transfer the mixture to a single bowl. To make two-tone peach ring gummies, divide the mixture into two bowls, and add food coloring to one bowl until the desired peachy color is reached.
  4. To make a single-color gummy, use a dropper to fill the mold. To make two-tone gummies, use droppers at the same time to simultaneously add the 2 colors on opposite sides to the silicone mold.
  5. Allow to set for 10-20 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. If you’d like to toss in a sugar or monkfruit sweetener coating, do so right before enjoying.

Notes

*When making two-tone gummies, if the gelatin mixes when adding the two colors with two droppers, allow gelatin to cool for 2-3 more minutes. It will slightly thicken so won't blend together when adding to the molds.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
