Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well-combined.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
- Remove from fridge and roll into 1 inch balls between your hands.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Before making you can add the oats & dried coconut to a food processor or blender until they reach flour consistency, or leave them whole for a crunchier version!
May be stored in the fridge or freezer.
