- Cook rice on the stove, in rice cooker or use premade rice
- In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil or avocado oil. Add onions and cook until onions are translucent, about 2-4 minutes.
- Add chicken to the pan, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt and cook until it starts to brown and there is no more pink, about 3-4 minutes. Add McCormick "Everything Gonna Be All-Rice" and 2 cloves garlic and stir to combine.
- Add the carrots and cabbage, cooking an additional 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
