Coconut Macadamia Popcorn
Lightly salted popcorn meets coconut, chocolate, and macadamia nuts for a satisfying snack experience. This gourmet popcorn is delicious and easy to make.

- 7 cups Popped popcorn 1/2 cup popcorn kernels if using popcorn maker
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Finely shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup Macadamia nuts
- 3 tbsp Chocolate chips
- pinch Himalayan sea salt
Add popcorn to a large bowl.
Drizzle coconut oil over popcorn. If coconut oil is solitified, first melt over the stove or microwave for a few seconds.
Add shredded coconut and lightly mix to coat popcorn.
Add macadmaia nuts and chocolate chips.
Sprinkle with sea salt to taste if popcorn was not pre-salted.
Use mixing spoons to lightly combine ingredients together and enjoy!
- Fresh popcorn, microwave popcorn, or a ready-to-go bag of lightly pre-salted popcorn will work well in this recipe.
- I use dark chocolate chips, but milk chocolate or cacao chips may be substituted.
- Unsalted macadamia nuts work well in this recipe, but for an extra salty sweet experience opt for salted macadamia nuts.
- You may use more or less of any mix-ins to your liking!
